Paquita´s house is a beautiful and comfortable farmhouse. It is located east of Montefrío (6 Km), about 700 metres from the hightway to Granada, it down country lane which is always in good condition. Completely isolated among rolling hills of olive groves, oaks and pine trees. The house is overlook to fertile valley and the towering Sierra de Parapanda, 1.604 metres above sea level. To the north are the jagged cliffs of the Peñas de los Gitanos, our fascinating archaeological region, Scattered with remains from the Iberian, Roman, Visigothic and Moorish periods. The farm is blessed with an endless supply of fresh spring water and have swimming pool of dimensions (10 x 5 metres).

Paquita´s house has 6 double bedrooms which have a beautiful view through the window, a modern kitchen with micro-wave oven and washing machine, 2 bathrooms, a siting room, and chimney with plenty of firewood for the winter nights, and a big porch with two barbecue.

	The kitchen is totally full: fridge, micro-wave oven with grill, electric coffee-pot, toaster, washing machine,.... and the things that you need.
The two bathrooms have a bathtub (1.60 metres).
