Prices 2004
Paquita´s house is an Andalusian farmhouse, rustic and at the same time remodelled, perfectly conditioned that is rented per day and by week, in the village of Montefrio in the North-Western hills of the Granada Province. It is totally decorated and equipped.
When you make your reservation, define the arrival date and the exit date, and not the arrival date and the date of the last complete day of your stay. For example: 4 to 11 April, means that you arrive the 4th and you leave the 11th by noon (before 12 p.m.)
Your stay can begin and end on any day of the week, I do not require saturday to saturday reservations, as in the usage in the rural tourism.
The minimun price of the rent is two days, even if you stay only one day.

Ejemplo nº 2 : 6 people x 14 days= 1400 Euros
pool (+20 Euros/day) x 14 days= 280 Euros
TOTAL: 1680 Euros in summer, when you use the pool, but if you have the discount of low season (5%) , 6 peoples x 14 days= 1330 Euros.
(Current rate is approximately 1 Euro to the dollar and 1.27 Euros to the pound).
These discounts are not applied in summertime ( the 15th of June to the 15th of September),neither in festivitys (Christmas, Easter).
To confirm the reservation you can send the 25% of the total rental in avanced if the quantity to pay is higher than 600 Euros, and the 50% of the total rental if the quantity to pay is fewer than 600 Euros, to the following address, and by mail certificate:

You can send a money order in euros, or a personal cheque on your European bank, in which case you sohould add 12 Euros to cover my clearance costs.
Eurocheques for more than 180 Euros are not accepted by Spanish Banks.
All the sheets and towels are included in the price. The house is equipped with hot water heater and heating appliances: electrical cooking stoves and fireplace with fuelwood (the fuelwood is totally free of charge for the fireplace as well as for the farbacue pit).
Not lack ever abundant hot water, and the water of the faucet is drinkable in line with the European procedures and in addition to excellent quality, originating from natural birth at the bottom of The Saw of Parapanda (La Sierra de Parapanda).
Montefrío has a Tourism Office, Health center opened 24 hours, automatic cashiers, telephonic cabins, many taverns, several restaurants an supermarket.
